Shipping

Your Capsule is hand-packed with care from our studio. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.

Domestic & Regional
(Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong)

  • Cost: Complimentary standard shipping is on us.

  • Timeline: Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 3-7 business days. We'll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

International

  • Reach: We ship to most countries worldwide.

  • Cost & Timeline: For all other destinations, shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Capsule. If for any reason you don't, we're here to help.

Returns

  • The Window: We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.

  • The Condition: For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on products that are completely unused, with all original packaging and seals intact.

  • The Process:

    ○ Simply reply to your order confirmation email to let us know you'd like to initiate a return.

    We will provide you with the return shipping address.

    ○ Once we receive and verify the returned item, a full refund for the product will be processed to your original payment method.

    ○ Please Note: As a small, independent brand, we are not yet able to cover the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

  • Our Guarantee: We stand by our quality. If your product arrives in anything less than perfect condition, we will make it right, immediately.

  • The Process:

    ○ Please take a clear photo of the defective product upon arrival.

    ○ Email the photo, along with your order number, to us at support@thecapsulestudio.com.

    ○ We will dispatch a replacement to you right away, at no extra cost.
