About The Capsule

  • They are reusable, designer press-on nails that come in a signature keepsake tin. Think of them as a piece of curated, wearable art. Each set is a conceptual design, created by our Lead Artist, to be the perfect finishing touch for a curated life.

  • Yes. That's the core of our "pragmatic elegance" philosophy. With gentle care, your Capsule nails can be worn multiple times. We designed them to be an investment in your style, not a one-time accessory.

  • With our nail glue, you can expect a wear time of 1-3 weeks, depending on your lifestyle. For a shorter, more flexible option (like for a weekend or a single event), the included adhesive tabs will provide a strong hold for 1-3 days.

  • Each signature Capsule tin is a complete kit, designed to give you everything you need for a perfect application. It includes:

    • 10 press-on nails in 5 different sizes

    • The signature keepsake tin

    • Non-damaging nail glue & adhesive tabs

    • A mini nail file, buffer & cuticle stick

  • Gently. The process is designed to be non-damaging to your natural nails. Our Removal & Care Guide shows you the best way to remove your nails and store them for future use.

  • The process is very gentle and will not damage your nails. Simply soak in warm water or use a drop of remover at the edges, then gently lift with the wooden stick. It involves no filing, protecting your natural nail health.

  • No. Our "Constant Value Pledge" ensures fair and consistent pricing year-round. We don't inflate prices just to slash them later.

  • Our studio ships globally. We've structured our shipping into two simple zones: South East Asia (SEA) and International.

  • Your Capsule is a piece of art, and we hand-pack it with care. Please allow up to 3 business days for our studio to prepare and dispatch your order.

    Once it begins its journey, you'll receive a tracking number to follow its progress. Typical arrival times are:

    • SEA Regions (3-7 business days): From $2.50 USD

    • International (10-15 business days): From $4.89 USD

  • Use your confirmed sizes to customize the fit, shape, and length on your chosen product's page before adding it to your cart.

  • We want you to love your Capsule. If for any reason you don't, we accept returns on unused products within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, the original packaging and seals must be completely intact.

  • Our Guarantee: We stand by our quality. If your Capsule arrives in anything less than perfect condition, we will make it right, immediately.

    Simply email a clear photo of the issue, along with your order number, to support@thecapsulestudio.com. We will dispatch a replacement to you right away, at no extra cost.
